A fresh covering of snow is illuminated by a full moon rising in the Yosemite Valley causing the mountains and valley covered in snow to sparkle in the moonlight. Only a handful of cars were driving in the valley so it was peaceful and quiet in the valley, a stark contrast to busy summer days.
